Logistics Controller FMCG company is looking for logisitics controller to join our team. Key Performance Areas: 1. Primary Loads – Support Coordinate the availability of trucks Processing of all administrative related documentation to loading/off-loading Provide status updates to internal & external stakeholders. Sanitise Border Documents Processing all pallet movements Movement of Packaging Material 2. Secondary Loads – Support Administrative Tasks related to secondary distributing service provider Ensuring all exceptions are managed daily by accurately processing all supporting documentation. Ensure minimum order quantities are maintained at depots 3. Third Party Service Provider Management Ensure all outsourced parties operate as per agreed protocol. 4. After Sales Service Follow up with stores if orders are received in good order 5. Back Up Operations Team Support Role to Operations and Shipping Controller should one person be on leave / absent. Working Hours : Monday to Friday 07.30 to 17:00 Medical Aid or Hospital Plan Complosory Pension Fund Benefits CTC R20 000.00
