Our client, a well-established manufacturer of high-quality animal feed and effective nutritional solutions is seeking to employ a Logistics Coordinator with at least three years experience in a similar role to join their team. Requirements: Excellent Computer Skills (Advanced Excel and formulas will be an advantage) Financial background Understanding cost management to work out the financial performance of trucks on a daily basis Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license (ESSENTIAL) Duties will include but not limited to: Daily fuel purchases reporting and calculation of consumption per km Planning for the next day and daily reporting Managing cost list and handling profitability calculation - as needed Handling and reporting monthly management reports and drivers' fuel consumption etc. Arranging for truck services and repairs Handling forms for insurance claims Handling drivers' queries and assignments (make sure they are on time, inquire about download times etc) Calculating the monthly salaries for the drivers (based on total loads received) General ad-hock duties as required Office Hours: Monday – Friday: 06h30 – 17h00 (must be on Standby after hours and over weekends) Candidates staying in Malmesbury and Riebeek Wes and surrounding will be shortlisted Apply Now
