We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team. Schedules transportation in order to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to customers Controls the export of cargo to relevant countries in line with customer instructions and regulations of various authorities Workout the stillages, bags and units to be invoiced to ensure accurate invoicing • Update the invoice file daily and send to internal stakeholders Send the invoice together with the MHS supporting documents to SARB Create and maintain a SARB file to track quantities dispatched, invoiced and remaining to send to SARB weekly so that they can be aware of their current stock Ensures that customer and shipment documentation is completed accurately Tracks customer orders and liaises with customer Ensure that the monthly and daily orders are created accurately on SAP and MHS Prepare consignment documents for daily orders Evaluates and monitors supplier performance Provide information to audit/finance teams regarding shipment documentation weekly and annually Ensure accurate capturing and administration of data Diploma / NQF level 6 in Logistics or Supply Chain is essential 3years' experience in Distribution / Supply Chain Ability to utilise computers and relevant computer programmes to input, process, analyse and use data and information Ability to reason and apply fundamental numerical concepts
