Hire Resolve is currently recruiting for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our client who is a leading mining company. As a Logistics Coordinator in the mining industry, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics activities related to the transportation and delivery of mining materials and equipment. You will work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient movement of resources. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of logistics processes in the mining industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the logistics activities for the transportation and delivery of mining materials and equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and requirements throughout the logistics process Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of resources Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers Analyze data and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Driver's License (Code EB/8) 10 years' experience in train planning, execution, monitoring and general train operations Ability to maintain high levels of individual and team performance by driving the achievement of goals and targets Adhere to rules and regulations of the business Ability to create shared meaning by clearly and confidently communicating the relevant information to a decision Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
