Designing, costing and implementing small Warehouse solutions. Maintenance and enhancements to existing WH operations. Initiating and implementing continuous improvement projects of multiple operations. Driving change management and training to stabilize projects and ensure adoption. Implementing and stabilizing automation and mechanization projects. Apply principles of Lean, with the required data analysis to identify synergies and cost savings in multi-client facilities. Ensure Sigma's best practices are considered and implemented from the start with new client implementation. Matric Degree in Industrial Engineering - Preferably BEng/BSc Minimum 1 ½ - 3 years' experience. Unendorsed license and own transport Ability to travel around in SA, SSA, as well as globally if required Advanced Excel Microsoft Visio and Project PowerPoint CW1 Warehouse or Other Warehouse Systems Power BI Beneficial WMS / ERP Systems skills and experience Stakeholder Engagement Experience in the logistics industry advantageous
