Are you a Logistics Maestro? Email your CV We are looking for a seasoned Logistics Manager ready to lead packing operations, and reporting to the General Manager of Packing Operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategising and executing logistics functions for both inbound and outbound operations, supporting, operations and marketing teams Managing processes, personnel, systems, and service providers effectively Overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of our WMS system Handling departmental expenses and budgets monthly Evaluating, refining, and enhancing processes and operations continuously Ensuring compliance with internal protocols and industry regulations Key Requirements: Minimum 7 years of logistics and supply chain management experience; familiarity with Citrus Logistics is advantageous Proficiency in computer skills, reporting, and experience with Warehouse Management Systems Ability to lead and manage a team of approximately 50 individuals across two shifts, with a focus on people performance management Strong problem-solving and planning abilities Good understanding of HR processes and regulations. Experience in the Fruit Industry is a plus
