Job Details Employer: SA Fence and Gate Management of project documentation (creation of Project plans in conjunction with Operations Department) Project reports on all project to General Management Maintaining of ISO standards Responsible for ISO Audits Management of quotations and Logistics Notification of any slippage, delivery or non-compliance Logistics management Supply management Project management Mentoring of staff Ensuring the implementation and compliance of procedures, policies and processes for all of the above Efficient evaluation of cost of transportation, services and inventory within the budget. Planning routes and load scheduling for deliveries Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport system Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements Candidate Requirements Grade 12 Computer Literate. Preferably background in IT & Vehicle Tracking background. Analytic mind and good numeracy skills – Excellent financial acumen Good people management and coordination skills Valid Drivers’ License. Effective communication skills Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics. Ability to converse in English & Afrikaans. Company Policies (Quality; Health & Safety).
