Description Position duties: Schedule, coordinate and supervise the dispatch of IN according to orders and production programs. Control income and internal distribution tasks of processed and finished products. Entry and exit logistics. Supervise freight service requests and coordinate operations with the LD transportation manager as scheduled and the availability of means of transportation for the transfer of products. Supervise the documentation that accompanies the dispatch of products. Manage the storage and control of the inventory (stock) of the products under Logistics administration. Management of the area budget. Analysis of the costs of operations. Control compliance with safety and hygiene standards of area personnel and third-party suppliers. Collaborate in the implementation and control of quality assurance activities. Prepare and analyze reports corresponding to the area's operations (management indicators). Analyze, propose, coordinate and supervise the implementation of improvement projects. Manage reservation and OR process of maritime agencies. Manage the process of shipping instructions to shippers. Manage the process in SAP. Management of requirements-documents required by the different organizations that regulate the operation of IMPO and EXPO. Position requirements: Relevant tertiary education 2 - 5 years experience in relevant field of work Export experience FMCG experience would be a bonus
