We’re on the lookout for a driven and meticulous Loyalty Program Specialist to join our client’s energetic Yield & Retention Marketing team in Cape Town. The perfect fit will lead the creation, execution, and oversight of our customer loyalty initiative in the online sports and casino gaming sphere. Reporting to the CRM Manager, this position requires strategic prowess, adept data analysis, and seamless collaboration with diverse teams to boost customer interaction, foster loyalty, and elevate customer lifetime value. Your key job responsibilities as the Loyalty Campaign Specialist in Cape Town will include: Innovate, design, and deploy a customer loyalty program to boost retention and drive repeat business Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs to maintain competitiveness Harness customer data and analytics for program enhancement and to gauge loyalty initiatives’ effectiveness Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and furnish management with actionable insights regularly Coordinate with the Insights & Brand Experience team for seamless integration of loyalty program systems Align loyalty program objectives with overall business goals in collaboration with the Yield & Retention Marketing team Craft communication strategies to promote the loyalty program to existing and prospective customers Collaborate on compelling marketing materials to boost awareness and participation. Deploy strategies to enrich customer engagement and satisfaction within the loyalty program Periodically review and update program rules, terms, and conditions to ensure relevance and attractiveness Address technical glitches related to the loyalty program promptly Requirements for this Loyalty Campaign Specialist job in Cape Town: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in developing and managing customer loyalty programs Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results Familiarity with CRM software and loyalty program platforms is a plus Creative thinking and ability to innovate in loyalty program design If you meet the above requirements for this Loyalty Campaign Specialist job in Cape Town, we would like to hear from you.
