Job Overview Be the LPG engineering expert to whom Organization Units ( OUs) S&D Manager’s, Engineering Managers and Engineer’s turn to for advice, guidance and mentoring. In the areas of Filling Plants and LPG B2B sites for new asset build, asset integrity assurance, asset maintenance, asset strategy, automation strategy and asset information management. Ensure compliance with agreed standards across Vivo Energy ( VE) and provide assurance regarding the integrity of LPG installation and assets. Develop LPG engineering competence in all OUs where we own or operate an LPG Business Principal Accountabilities: Reporting to the Central LPG Engineering Manager, the incumbent principle accountabilities are: Manage and coordinate across the ENGEN OUs and Vivo Energy OUs the implementation of aligned asset management standards in the areas of new asset build, asset integrity assurance, asset maintenance, asset strategy and information management. Participate and assess new technical development for business and commercial purpose. Support Vivo OUs for design, preparation of budgets of LPG depots, Filling Plants and LPG B2B sites. Seek guidance for other Central teams as required (S&D, HSSE). Support implementation of assets integrity programs on LPG Depot and B2B sites (TIP, PIP & Electrical inspections) To lead a Vivo Energy structured network of engineers to contribute to share best practice and engineering resource competence development. Provide engineering support and co-ordination throughout Vivo Energy (VE) for implementation of initiatives such as Tank, Pipeline & Jetty Integrity programs; firefighting assessments, LPG B2B sites. Focal point for LPG Asset Integrity and Process Safety. Ensure Safety Critical equipment are installed, maintained and in service To provide assurance that LPG assets are fit for purpose, comply to standards (including Process safety) and are being properly maintained. Custodian of overall LPG CAPEX program. Provide appropriate support and expertise to project development. Support countries for LPG capex execution / Monitor progress. Act as sponsor of the technical functional networks of VE LPG Engineers. Coach and mentor VE engineers, including development of appropriate training program (together with HR). Deliver some of the training modules. Identify opportunities for VE and leverage procurement of goods and services in collaboration with contracts and procurement function. Reporting to the Central LPG Engineering Manager, Requirements Requirements Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Degree in any Engineering discipline At least 5 years’ experience in LPG Project and/or Asset Management Demonstrated leadership skills Strong team member with good interpersonal skills, personal initiative and drive. Proven experience in managing stakeholders and ability to work across different markets and cultures Experience in Operation would be desirable. Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first values and behavior will be taken into account during the selection process. Fluency in English & French is mandatory.
