The key purpose of the role is to co-ordinate, coach and control the activities of the level one maintenance teams in the production environment and to provide specialist technical advice to ensure maximum equipment availability. Key outputs and responsibilities: Maintaining the integrity and security of maintenance systems Developing and maintaining documentation as well as its integrity Coach, guide and assist with training of all maintenance staff Assist with ensuring that system architecture environment remains aligned with the regional asset care strategy and beer division standards Developing a strong understanding of the relevant SAP system modules Organizing the systems and business preparations for SAP take-on procedures Maintain maltings maintenance integrity Plan and implement maintenance priorities Manage Maintenance performance indicators Optimise plant availability/perform plant walkabouts Manage plant backlog within standard Sharing of learning's internally and throughout the division Conduct administration/prepare and manage annual budget for maintenance Perform 1 on 1 and performance of reports Deliver SKAP/support for team development IR management Live and own VPO Comply to Safety and VPO requirements in all areas Support continuous improvement Manage Problem Solving and RCA Minimum Requirements Role is based in Caledon, Western Cape N6 Mechanical/Electrical Control & Automation qualification Trade Test At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role, within a maintenance workshop environment.
