MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Leading a Team to Ensure the Best Technical Solutions are Identified & Implemented.
Assisting with Prioritising Activities to Achieve Maximum Benefit to the Organisation, communicating with various Levels Within and Outside the Organisation.
Developing and Application of Good Engineering Standards & Practices and the Carrying out of Technical Audits.
Providing Engineering Expertise in order to Ensure Smooth & Optimum Performance of Plant Machinery.
Carrying out Problem Solving, Failure Root Cause Analysis & Provision of Solutions & Preventative Measure.
Engaging in Projects from Conceptualisation to Implementation & Commissioning.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALITIES/SKILLS

Minimum Grade 12 plus BSc-Engineering/ BSc- Engineering (Mechanical)/B-Tech).
3 Years Mechanical Engineering Maintenance at a Supervisory Level.
A strong engineering background with strong aptitude for Mathematical Modelling; Theoretical Base in Mechanical Engineering.
Pay attention to details and be approachable, positive attitude and self-motivated, Must be an analytical thinker.
Demonstrate good leadership & interpersonal skills, be able to work efficiently, be Honest, reliable, assertive and good team player.
Must be computer literate.
