Your key responsibilities Executing the maintenance program safely, within budgeted reliability, regulatory requirements, and maintenance costs. Contribute to the site strategy and policy in general and especially to maintenance. Analyzing the operational context and continuous improvement of the maintenance program including the execution of the PPM (planned plant maintenance) program. Set targets and Key Performance Indicators and ensure adequate management reporting of the performance of the maintenance group. Ensure that the management system (including SHE) is in place, maintained, communicated, and complied with. Ensure that all installations are maintained in a technically sound, safe and environmentally acceptable manner, by complying with all DSM requirements, Manufacturing work processes and other relevant requirements and best practices. Mechanical/Technical Engineering qualification and industry experience with leadership capabilities. Engineering body registration. Previous experiences in the supervision of machinery as required/stipulated by the General Machinery Regulations (GMR2) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Good knowledge of English (daily communication with the team, with external suppliers, service providers), added to this is the knowledge of technical language and specialized computer programs. Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD and project management programs. A comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
