Minimum Requirements

Matric & Qualified Maintenance Manager and Mechanical Engineering Diploma, Degree, or Trade Test Diploma in Refrigeration
5 Years’ experience in refrigeration project management & installation maintenance essential
Proficient on MS Office Suite
High level understanding of maintenance
Understand and able to read drawings
Installation quality assurance experience essential

Responsibilities

Plan, program and oversee maintenance
Draft and propose maintenance contracts and SLA’s
Manage maintenance contracts
Manage the monitoring service provider
Receive feedback from the Customer and affiliated Contractor through site meetings during the
project
Ensure consistent quality deliverables on the project
Eliminate waste and unnecessary expenditure
On time delivery according to the required standards
