Qualifications required:

Engineering degree
Completed GCC
Solid experience in CMMS systems (preferably SAP)
Relevant industry experience to certify CMMS, PM, TPM, PLC etc
Extensive plant level experience with proven management skills
Experience managing P&L responsibilities for maintenance
Spare Parts management, purchasing and CAPEX budgeting

Key responsibilities

Responsible for managing all aspects of day to day needs as well as long term planning
Ensure that high performance maintenance services are provided to the plant
Be responsible for all aspects of the maintenance department including asset management, TPM, managing of breakdowns including on robotic, mechanical and electrical equipment
Effectively utilise the CMMS systems (SAP)
Manage the full spectrum of Safety, Health and Environmental responsibilities
Manage the customer centric expectations
Prepare the annual maintenance budget with forecast proposals for spares capital expenditure
Ensure continuous training and development of all staff and self
General management responsibilities
