Job Title: Maintenance Planner - Mining Industry Location: Northern Cape, South Africa We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Planner to join our mining operation in the Northern Cape. The Planner will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all planning activities related to mining operations and ensuring that targets are met in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement maintenance plans and schedules Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify maintenance requirements Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work orders and equipment history Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes Essential requirements: N3 in Engineering Artisan Trade Test Certificate Maintenance Management Certificate At least 5 years' experience as an artisan in the mining industry At least 3 years' maintenance planning experience At least 2 years' supervisory experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental standards Benefits: Salary: Negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) If you meet the above requirements and want to make a career-changing move, apply today by either filling in the online application form or emailing your CV to RPO Recruitment at miningrporecruitment.us Alternatively, you are also welcome to contact Anzaan Kennedy on LinkedIn or call her on 021 180 0776.
