Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Shift Technician to join our client in the Plastic Manufacturing industry. As a Maintenance Shift Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks and repairs on machinery and equipment used in plastic manufacturing. You will work on a shift basis, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and available for production at all times. Responsibilities Carry out routine maintenance tasks and repairs on machinery and equipment Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to the maintenance schedule Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard and within the allocated time frame Collaborate with production team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the plastic manufacturing industry Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment used in plastic manufacturing Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills Benefits Salary: R240K/yr - R300K/yr, negotiable Training & Development Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
