Qualifications:

BTech Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
GCC Mine & Works Certificate of Competence.
Management Development Program Certificate will be an advantage.

Experience:

5 years plus maintenance experience in a mining environment /Heavy Engineering Environment
Computerized Maintenance management experience is essential

Responsibilities:

Management of Operations &strategy.
Managing 3 sections, Boilers, Mechanical &Electrical.
Compliance to SHREQ Standards, directed at planning and coordinating of operational activities to ensure compliance.
Leading and management of Human Resources: effective leadership and management of performance of subordinates.
Recording Management of reporting and record keeping of sales information and preparation of reports.
Budgeting and management of financial resources, planning and management and controlling of financial resources
Policy and strategy Development/Implementing of organizational Policies and strategy in order to achieve strategic goals.
Governance &management of Projects, setting of standards of governance & Projects.
