Reference: PE002596-MT-1 Our client is currently looking to employ an experienced Maintenance Technician based in Humansdorp. To perform scheduled and planned preventative maintenance on dairy equipment. Do mechanical and electrical fault-finding and repair on equipment to a specified standard. Work overtime, standby duties, and work shifts when required. A wonderful career opportunity awaits you. Requirements: Qualified millwright or electrician although other suitably qualified candidates will also be considered. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience gained in automated food or beverages manufacturing environment. Previous knowledge and experience of evaporators, sprays dryers, cheese, butter, and other food processing equipment will be advantageous. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Maintenance System (Pragma). Perform Maintenance and Repairs. Optimize Plant and Process Equipment. Safety Compliance.
