Reference: NFR002990-PaB-1Join My Client's Team as a Dynamic Management Accountant My client is seeking a recently qualified Management Accountant with articles to join their dynamic team. As a key player in the company, you will assist in managing their financial responsibilities with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of operational finance. Duties Include: Providing daily financial reports. Analyzing performance targets. Conducting meetings with department heads. Coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Managing back-office services such as accounts payable, collections, and payroll. Monitoring cash flow. Collaborating with accountant teams. Additional Responsibilities: Assisting in managing financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. Ensuring accurate revenue recognition according to company and accounting standards. Conducting monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts. Reviewing and managing receivables effectively. Managing and controlling payables to minimize company risk. Producing precise financial reports within specified deadlines. Providing insights into the organization's financial health. Ensuring compliance with statutory accounting and tax requirements. Assisting in the completion of annual financial statements according to IFRS for SMEs. Participating in strategic planning and long-term business initiatives. Arranging new sources of finance for company debt facilities. Qualifications and Experience: BCom Finance Degree. Completed SAICA/SAIPA Articles. CGMA/CIMA qualification preferable. Previous management experience. In-depth understanding of intercompany tax laws considered a bonus. Strong leadership and communication skills.
