Management Accountant - - Johannesburg

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Newly qualified / eligible to register CA(SA)
Preferably CIMA Strategic Level qualification
2-3 years of financial experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Navision and HFM
Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative, drive change, and continuously learn and develop professionally

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting
Forecasting
Conduct management accounting activities, including variance analysis, cost control, and performance evaluation
Process ledgers and reconcile accounts
Preparation of financial statements
Drive process automation initiatives and system enhancements to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
Support internal and external audits
