A bachelors degree in accounting or finance, previous exposure to the property industry, proficiency in accounting principles and financial analysis are only a few boxes you need to tick in order for your application to be successful. Apply today As the Management Accountant your duties and responsibilities includes the following: Prepare and analyse financial statements for individual property portfolios Ensure compliance with tax regulations Prepare and file documentation pertaining to property tax returns and sales Provide assistance to the audit preparation process Monitor bank accounts, initiate fund transfers and resolve billing disputes Ensure financial records are maintained accurately by using accounting software Oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department Provide support to the property management team for successful decision making Ensure invoices, rent and vendor payments are processed timeously and accurately Skills & Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of commercial experience Strong understanding of accounting processes and principles Property accounting experience would be advantageous Experience working software's such as Yardi, MRI or Real page would be beneficial Qualification: Relevant Finance degree CPA/CMA certification Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF018527.
