Management Accountant Salary – R25000PM BENEFITS To provide leadership & expertise in respect of the financial function ● Managing working capital requirements, including preparation / review of cash flow projections ● Provide assistance with managing risk compliance in terms of group strategy ● Take full responsibility for accounting, future planning and analysis ● Administer and control accounting procedures ● Managing compliance to cross border regulations & related tax matters ● Assist in managing retailer claims process flow ● Managing ad hoc process changes as required ● Financial planning ● Budget preparation, analysis and variance reporting ● Period-end Reporting and Presentations ● Develop financial policies and parameters ● Review process flows and identify and implement opportunity for improvement ● Accounting degree (minimum requirement) ● 2 Years accounting experience ● Advanced Excel abilities ● Problem solving abilities ● High level of self-motivation ● Attention to Detail (Work Standards) ● Building Strategic Working Relationships ● Communication Skills ● High Stress Tolerance ● Information Monitoring ● Managing Work (Time Management) ● Deadline-oriented The post Management Accountant appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
