This role presents an excellent opportunity for a technical specialist in IFRS, ideally coming from the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise in IFRS - Technical Accounting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Prepare management reports and financial statements, delivering insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial guidance and contribute to business planning processes. Conduct variance analysis and performance reporting to monitor financial performance. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. Minimum Requirements: Newly Qualified CA(SA) with a strong technical background in IFRS - Technical Accounting. Experience or exposure within the financial services industry is preferred. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
