As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team, providing critical financial insights to guide decision-making and ensure the financial health of our operations. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports Conducting budget planning and forecasting Managing cash flow and financial risk Overseeing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management Collaborating with various departments to optimize financial performance Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and update budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning. Cost Management: Analyze costs and expenses to assist in budgetary control and provide cost-saving recommendations. Property Management Finance: Oversee financial operations specific to property management, including lease accounting, tenant billing, and property valuation. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and external audits. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives. System Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management accounting. Education: BCom Accounting Degree from a recognized institution.
