Job Description:
As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
Preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets and forecasts
Conducting financial reporting to head office and external stakeholders
Oversight of cost control and revenue management processes
Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and ensuring IFRS compliance
Collaboration with department heads to optimize financial performance
Ensuring compliance with internal policies, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards
Responsibility for tax submission and reporting
Conducting monthly cash flow forecasting
Additional ad-hoc duties as required by management

Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of commercial experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software
Proven experience in management accounting
Hospitality industry experience would be advantageous

Qualification:
Relevant Finance or Accounting degree
Completed SAICA articles
