The Management Accountant will be operationally involved across the Business, providing insight and guidance to assist in strategic decision making. This role will suit someone who enjoys being “hands-on” involved in the Business's finance operations. Strong knowledge and experience with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and financial analysis will be key to success in this role. There are exciting growth and development prospects for the successful candidate. The Management Accountant will act as a Finance Business Partner for their respective region. You will be responsible for the financial operations management for the region, managing budgets and forecasts , monitoring and analyzing financial performance , modelling of the financial impact within the Operational and Finance Business Unit, and providing financial insights and recommendations , in order to reach regional organizational goals and objectives. BCom Degree in Management Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting or equivalent CIMA or studying towards is essential 5 Years' experience as a Management Accountant Experience in one or all of the following industries: manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, banking, cash management. Experience with Syspro ERP system advantageous Advanced Excel and Powerpoint Experience in compiling and conducting presentations to Senior Managers Must be willing to travel regionally at least once per month. R450 000 - R550 000 p/a CTC neg based in experience
