Our client is UK based and in need of an experienced Management consultant to manage a client relationship and needs for an initial period of 4 weeks. This position is 100% remote. Management Consultant: Strategic Assessment Leadership: Lead the assessment of internal structure, organizational design, roles, responsibilities, and operating model to ensure alignment with the business's strategic aims. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage senior stakeholders across IT, change management, and PMO functions to gather insights into business objectives, challenges, and strategic direction. Analytical Insight: Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for alignment and improvement. Strategic Recommendations: Develop high-level strategic recommendations and options based on assessment findings to optimize internal systems, processes, and people alignment with business goals. Project Direction: Set clear project direction, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards to support effective decision-making and direction setting. Communication and Reporting: Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling ways to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Key Activities and Tasks will include: Review Existing Documents and Data: Conduct a comprehensive review of organizational charts, job descriptions, process documentation, and relevant data to inform the assessment. Stakeholder Interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather qualitative insights and perspectives on current challenges and future strategic needs. Workshop Facilitation (as needed): Facilitate strategic discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams to validate insights, align on priorities, and co-create strategic solutions. Strategic Alignment: Ensure all assessment activities and recommendations are aligned with the business's strategic objectives and support long-term sustainability and growth. Documentation and Reporting: Document assessment findings, stakeholder feedback, and strategic recommendations in a comprehensive and actionable report format. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 7 years of experience in management consulting or a related field, with a focus on strategic alignment and organizational effectiveness. They would consider less for high quality experience. Skills and Expertise: Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to understand client-specific challenges, objectives, and industry dynamics to tailor recommendations accordingly. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve consensus and drive strategic initiatives forward.
