Management position in a busy Restaurant - Pretoria
We are a busy upmarket restaurant/club looking to employ an all round Manager with at least 3 years experience in a Management position.The candidate must ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standardsBack of the house management experience is also essential, as you will be part of the hiring process for all staffThe manager will be required to deliver a high-quality menu and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.We want you to know how to oversee the dining area, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity.Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurants revenue, profitability, and quality goals.To be successful in this role, you will need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:· Opening and closing of the restaurant· Allocating staff duties· Managing the restaurant reservation system· Ensuring all par levels for stock are maintained and controlled· Develop systems to effectively reduce losses in stock and revenue· Oversee inventory and stock takings· Manage the front of house and back of house staffAll interested candidates must email an updated CV to spaceattherestaurantgmail.com
