Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in the field.
- Previous experience in OEMs.
- Experience in PPAP, TAS, SPTT (Supplier Part Tracking Team), etc.
- Preferably experience in the Rubber/Automotive Industry.
- Knowledge of Rubber and Plastic products.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Well-versed in New Product Development.
