Offer solutions on electronic banking channels Drive client implementation Stakeholder liaison Maintain customer contact model Oversee daily operations of electronic delivery support services Offer client implementation support to transactional teams Manage client implementation performance Analyse customer utilisations, drive product and platform usage Implement network expansion strategies Keep abreast of market trends Audit, control and financial reporting should be compliant Increase revenue Manage dormance and utilisation targets Must have: Relevant degree or busy with degree Transactional experience in the banking sector of about 2 - 5 years' Experience with either direct cash or trade sales or channel role Africa client / geographical experience SWIFT knowledge System and operations experience Multi tasking Analytical skills Strategic skills Project / process management skills Mature Problem solver Excellent verbal and written communication Clear credit record and criminal record
