Major Purpose: As the Manager of Credit Sales and Marketing, you will be the driving force behind fostering and nurturing robust relationships within dealer and branch networks. You'll spearhead the development of innovative credit products, ensure competitive pricing strategies, and implement powerful marketing plans. This role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and individual impact.Major Duties: Engage regularly with dealers to optimize credit services and surpass volume targets. Oversee region-specific marketing plans for effective communication and execution. Monitor product pricing and conduct intricate calculations to adjust spreads for targeted yields. Provide comprehensive training to dealers' sales teams, enabling effective promotion of credit products. Innovate new products aligned with market demand while assessing risk mitigation strategies. Manage sensitive market information for impactful marketing plans during product launches. Represent the company at events to promote credit products to diverse audiences. Competencies: Communicate with impact to drive sustainable results. Make sound decisions while delivering exceptional customer value. Work effectively across diverse cultures globally. Coach and develop others for collective success. Strong understanding of credit products, financial modeling, and marketing concepts. Working knowledge of global financial markets, derivatives, futures, and currency management. Education Required: Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Management, or Marketing or equivalent. Experience Required: Background in the Finance Industry with a focus on credit sales. Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Management.
