Their Freight Forwarding network covers 700 locations in 130 countries They are looking for their next superstar Operations Manager for their Namibia office As their new Operations Manager (Air and Land Transport), you will; Be responsible for the logistics management of the warehouse, transport, and logistics accounting functions. Ensure BUs have accurate and complete accounting, reporting, record management and internal control systems in place. Maintain a balanced service to cost and profitability ratio. Lead an Air/Land transport team You'll need: A minimum of 3 years as an Operations Manager from the Air and Land Transport industry essential knowledge of Cross Border land logistics and the importance of relevant documentation. Knowledge of Namibia area essential
