Description REQUIREMENTS South African Citizen, currently residing in Kariega/ Gqeberha, or willing to relocate CA(SA) or CIMA B.Com (Hon) Accounting or Management Accounting 5 -10 years experience at a management level 3 years experience in compiling and controlling sizeable expenditures/ budgets >R500 million ADDED ADVANTAGE Proficiency in Qlik Sense and Power BI Financial and/ or technical experience gained in the automotive industry Ability to work in SAP RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic financial planning to ensure that the fund can grow and to guarantee sufficient funds are available to meet the obligations of the fund Regularly assess the adequacy of provisions in the fund to guarantee legally required annual pay-outs to dealers (regular risk assessment by model) Calculate and forecast provisions for potential “black swan” events Develop new products to enhance the current offering, and increase loyalty and part sales Identify and implement new sales channels to sell more maintenance/ service plans to maximise the sale of plans and to grow loyalty and part sales Manage and maintain strict control over the warranty and maintenance plans and roadside assistance expenditure Improve the financial result of the company by ensuring thorough effective budgeting, and monitoring expenditures against targets
