Description: Planning and executing of trade marketing initiatives: To ensure efficient and effective planning and executing of trade marketing initiatives in alignment with operational and group marketing strategies To manage all marketing related activities around Store Development and Expansion/Revamps: To ensure the effective execution of all marketing activities of store development and expansion/revamps in line with business and marketing plan, including ensuring the development, implementation and maintenance of marketing/customer experience related to store and brand standards including Visual Merchandising & Store Flow, Signage, Pricing mechanisms, and others. Marketing activities of in-store/trade customer touch points: To ensure the marketing activities of in-store/trade customer touch points including marketing of Financial and Value-Adding Services. Supplier Management: To manage relationships and performance of trade marketing suppliers in line with specifications/SLAs and make appropriate recommendations where necessary. Team Management: To lead, develop, motivate, and manage the performance of a team and ensure an optimally skilled, motivated, and high-performance team. To uphold and promote the company values and culture Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 6) in Generalist Marketing Management (essential) At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a similar environment (e.g., manufacture, trade marketing (essential); Marketing in a B2B context (desirable)
