This role covers the full financial management function, including human resources related functions as well as the payroll function. The position demands discretion and confidentiality Roles and Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, monthly management packs and monthly reporting Accounting: annual financial audits, journal processing, reconciliations, statutory returns , debtors and creditors management Payroll: system control, monthly payroll processing Human Resources: Administrative duties, fleet management Operational : Product packaging, sales. IT, Stock control, logistics and marketing Skills and Qualifications: Finance degree 3-5 years of Management experience Afrikaans speaking ability is essential Sage pastel and sage payroll required R 600000 - R 780000
