Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Office of the CEO. The incumbent will further support the CEO in leading and directing key operational areas within the company in order to ensure that the strategic objectives of the compnay in these areas are met within budget, quality and time requirements; The successful candidate shall lead an established team in providing excellent strategic leadership. •Monitor progress, quality, standards, exposure and achievements of targets, set programmes, actions and risks for the OCEO; •Ensure the planning, monitoring and control of the operational budget of the OCEO, so that both the financial and strategic objectives of the company are met. •Implementing checks and balances in managing the budget and providing variance & trend reports on budg •Take responsibility for the administration of the Office of the CEO and ensure that tasks are execute •A relevant post-graduate qualification •A master's will be an advantage •5-10 years' experience operating at an Executive level within a medium to large sized organisation.
