Matric B.Eng Industrial Engineering university degree is a minimum requirement Honours / Masters in Engineering (Advantageous) Project Management accreditation such as Prince2 or PMP Sound industrial Engineering experience in continuous improvement, Lean and Six Sigma and process optimization is essential Leadership experience in Project or Operations role with 5 years of effective staff performance management & development Project Management - 5 years' experience Business Change Management - 5 years' experience P&L Knowledge and Management Advanced level MS Excel (Pivot Tables) Valid unendorsed drivers license and own transport
