Dynamic ASSISTANT RESIDENT MANAGER required for our client based in Bela Bela to successfully manage timeshare operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences Provide strategic direction and vision for the Resort, aligning it with company objectives. Oversee daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, Safari, Entertainment, and maintenance. Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize revenue generation, occupancy rates, and overall profitability. Foster a positive work environment and lead a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners to enhance the Timeshare's reputation and drive customer loyalty. Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for all guests. Analyse financial reports, control costs, and prepare budgets to achieve financial targets. Stock control & management MUST HAVE a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle Hospitality Diploma or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as Assistant General Manager or Resident Manager, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Front Office Proven track record of successfully managing timeshare / self catering operations Sound knowledge of hotel or lodge financials, revenue management, and budgeting. Proficient in industry-specific software and systems R26 000 basic salary per month plus single accommodation excluding meals (no pets) Apply Now
