JOB DESCRIPTION Generating and analyzing reports for the purpose of performance management of the team and reporting back to the clients on service delivery • Ability to identify inefficient/ineffective processes and develop recommendations to enhance controls and efficiency • Responsible for supervisory support, second level escalation and delivering results as per Service Level Agreement targets. • Produce reports to gauge process performance and lead process reviews/discussions. • Responsible for Internal and External Quality Reporting • In addition to service levels, People, Process and Client Management will be a prime deliverable. Performance parameters QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12/Graduation (in any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 12 years of education. • Lean Six Sigma - Skilled in methodologies as well as relevant learnings.
