Manage assigned areas Manage sales forces Provide in-depth reporting Motivate and lead accounts to B4A culture Compile sales view budgets Develop pricing analysis Evaluate quarterly reviews of teams Assist in weekly and monthly promotions Drive dead stock Develop consolidated monthly reports Arrange rep store visits Ensure thorough knowledge on all products Maintain regular customer call cycle Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships Gather thorough knowledge of competitor environment Ensure products optimally displayed in stores and in-store branding is optimized Develop good understanding of customer needs Grow existing product range within customers Identify opportunities within existing customers Follow up on any customer requests Monitor the market for sales opportunities Consult price trading with Line Managers Supply new customers Monitor sales and profit for each account Assist customers pro-actively Provide training to store staff Provide open lines of communication Provide feedback and resolve outstanding orders Implement quick responses to customers Resolve customer complaints effectively Develop good understanding of customer needs Provide support to customers to increase sales Assist the customer with Returns Account queries General queries Maintain accurate records of pricing structures Ensure customer pricing is correct Communicate pricing to Internal Sales to limit credits Escalate customer dissatisfaction on pricing, delivery complaints, quality and timeframes Create product budget per each customer 1. Grade 12 2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a sales, marketing, and field 3. Relevant industry knowledge and experience 4. Relevant tertiary qualification in a sales, marketing, and/or technical field will be advantageous 5. Must have a valid driver’s license
