Strategic Planning and Execution Lead the company-wide strategic planning process to establish mid- long-term objectives. Facilitate the development of the company's strategic plans, ensuring alignment across departments and functions. This involves conducting thorough analyses, identifying growth opportunities, and formulating actionable strategies. Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives: Take charge of translating strategic plans into actionable steps and closely monitor the progress of implementation. Lead or support ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Chief of Strategy and Business Transformation. General Education Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) EXPERIENCE General Experience At least 10 years of experience in strategy and innovation roles within the telecommunications industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of driving growth and profitability. Managerial Experience Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames R2.5Million
