Reference: Pta003297-DV-1Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join them in Benoni, Gauteng. The successful candidate will have experience in designing 3D models in SolidWorks and writing of CNC programs for Fanuc / Okuma controls Job Title: Manufacturing Manager Geographical area: Benoni, Gauteng Salary range: R 500 000.00 – R 600 000.00 CTC pm The successful incumbent will be responsible for: Designing of full 3D models in Solidworks and Mastercam design software for existing and new products Drafting of detailed drawings for manufacturing and quality assurance purposes Writing/generating of CNC programs for the machining of products (Fanuc and Okuma controls) (This includes advanced programming techniques including but not limited to 2D/3D Milling, MillTurn and Multi-Axis machining using computer software like Mastercam or other software) Programming and operation of FANUC R-2000iB loading robot Planning and procurement of necessary tooling required Planning, designing and procuring of jigs and fixtures required during manufacturing Planning and procuring of required inspection and measuring equipment to ensure compliance to specifications Complete setup of manufacturing process on CNC machines including programming, tooling, jigging and measuring equipment Minimum qualifications and experience: BEng/BTech Mechanical Engineering Solidworks Design Software Mastercam multi-Axis CNC programming for FANUC /Okuma 5 years experience in advanced CNC machine setting Please apply via our website: www.edrecruiters.co.za or alternatively submit your cv to cvedrecruiters.co.za - Reference Pta003297Should we not contact you within 14 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.Companies may expire jobs at their own discretion.ONLY SA CITIZENS APPLY R 500000 - R 600000 - Monthly
