Competencies Language proficiency: English (lingua-franca of the sea) Sound interpersonal skills, The ability to work with semi-literate and semi-numerate learners, where applicable Good planning & organizational ability, Computer literacy, e.g., Microsoft Office suite (inclusive of PowerPoint) Competent Swimmer (lifesaving/rescue diver) Proficient in small boat handling Fast Rescue Boat training – would be beneficial. To be able to cope under pressure. Knowledge/experience of working offshore (Oil & gas) with helicopter operational experience.
