JOB SUMMARY: As a Market CFD Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing financial markets, platform walkthroughs, and providing insight to help our clients make informed decisions. You will leverage your expertise in CFD trading and market analysis to drive profitability and enhance the trading experience for our customers. This position will require a deep understanding of online trading dynamics, consumer behaviour, and trading market trends to make informed decisions that drive business and customer success growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Market Analysis: conduct through analysis of global financial markets, including equities, indices, currencies, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. Risk Management: implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate exposure and protect client investments. Client Support: provide exceptional support to clients, offering guidance on trading strategies, market trends, and risk management techniques. Research and Development: stay abreast of industry developments, trends, and regulatory changes to inform trading strategies and product offerings. Collaboration: collaborate with internal teams, including research, technology, and compliance to enhance trading platforms, tools and services. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse trading performance metrics, identify areas for improvements, and implement strategies to optimize results. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure ethical and compliant trading practices. Conduct Webinars: by conducting trading analysis videos and demos. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience in CFD trading, with a strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies. Demonstrated proficiency in technical analysis tools and platforms, such as Meta trader, Trading view, or Bloomberg. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and priorities tasks to meet deadlines. Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing CFD trading and financial markets.
