Job Description: GENERAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative and practical assistance to the Marketing Manager on National and Regional media and marketing campaigns, events, activities, charitable and sponsorship opportunitiesHelping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovationLearning and working with various types of software for digital marketingCompile any marketing related packs for any national campaign cycles and locality marketing initiativesCoordinate distribution of marketing-related materialMonitor social media activities and engage with the community daily. Monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messagesContributing ideas to marketing campaignsOrganising presentations and eventsAssisting with promotional activitiesHelping to organise market research.Be involved in creative tasks such as writing marketing copy, managing social media accountsSupport marketing manager and executives on projects such as developing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, social media campaignsHandle administrative tasks related to the marketing department’s budget, invoicing, and inventory of promotional material Requirements: Good organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationA strong team playerAttention to detailAdaptabilityTime managementBudget managementCreativityPreference consideration for employment will be given to individuals with proof of permanent South African ID.
