Well-established manufacturing company in Pretoria requires the full-time services of a Marketing Administrator with a proven track record in PLOC. Excellent career opportunity for driven individual. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate marketing campaigns and activities, including email campaigns, social media posts, and advertising initiatives. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters. Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing administration. Manage branding of Company products for example clothing etc. Work closely with the web designer to ensure functionality and effectiveness to users on the website and maintain content to align with sales and marketing pans. Designing and maintaining Company e-mail signature setup for new and existing employees Assisting with Vendor registrations and maintaining of portals. Managing the social calendar of the Group Taking of photos and videos for social media events and product advertisements. Assisting with events and training sessions hosted by the Company. Setting up and managing online shop on the website for products to be sold online. Management of google adverts. Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing administration or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of basic marketing principles and concepts. Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
