Primary Objectives: Lead the execution of marketing and communications programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing and communications (internal and external) plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics Lead/support email, social media, SEO and Adwords, events, and web initiatives, including designing, testing, and evolving lead nurturing tactics. Manage the marketing and communications team, including direct and indirect employees, effectively and efficiently, ensuring the team is set up to perform optimally. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet advertising and public-facing communications objectives, including print, digital, and video assets. Conceptualise and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide marketing support to our Regional Franchisees or any wider Fastway group stakeholder. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimise accordingly Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Oversee public relations and ensure efficient external reach of content (press releases, bylines, interviews, speaking opportunities, etc.). Own the development of all PR collaterals and ensure efficient distribution. Ensure web assets are regularly refreshed and sufficiently maintained for optimised performance and great customer experiences. Own the social media process end-to-end, across organic, paid and advocacy (to be established) – this includes maintaining all channels, current and new. Ensure a consistent, high-quality social media presence, inclusive of community management. Drive up email performance, from email strategy development to analytics and reporting. Leverage email to keep customers informed and drive valuable customer engagements and quality lead generation. Support events from planning to execution, including strategy, content and driving attendance. Matric Relevant Degree in Marketing/Communication and/or Brand Management 6-8 Years experience in a marketing role with minimum 3 years mid-level marketing experience
