Duties and Responsibilities:
- Marketing plans market research, analysis, company position, etc.
 
- Company presentation - posters, pamphlets, signage, onsite branding initiatives, catalog designs.
 
- Direct marketing project and event management, exhibitions, attending relevant events, liaising with our sponsored partners, etc.
 
- Networking generating leads, closing deals and positively representing the brand.
 
- Sales and corporate - Reaching out to corporates, hotels, and tour/travel agencies for functions and business dinners.
 
- Online and digital marketing Social media platforms, website management, content creation and management, liaising with online partners, e-mail marketing, SEO optimization, online review portals, etc.
 
 
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to budget accordingly
 
- Ability to work within a team and all staff on-site
 
- Experience in networking and building strategic, revenue-generating relationships to expand the brand
 
- Experience in PR development, PR events, digital PR, influencer campaigns, and crisis management
 
- Able to work under pressure/in a fast-paced environment
 
- Able to take accountability
 
- Highly organized
 
- Excellent verbal/written communication/time-management skills
 
- Must be able to differentiate between urgent and important tasks
 
- Able to solve problems and find valuable solutions
 
Qualifications Requirements:
- Matric
- Postgraduate in Marketing/Media/Communications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be advantageous
