Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years experience

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Graphic design, create and update all sales and marketing assets.
Social media, understand the basis of Meta and how to utilize their cross platforms abilities.
Responsible for updating and managing the databases within the companies IP.
Capturing all third-party project reports and updates from relevant team members.
Post event mailers, after an event capture and update databases (passing on any additional requests to relevant people).
Update the POPIA databases.
Capture all internal leads.
Online event registration, capture, filter, and report.
General marketing admin work.
Population and generation of reports on database effectiveness.
Print and Digital from design to final production.
Brief design to be supplied or transcribed.
Technical Data Sheets (TDS), updating or creating new TDS.
Arrange contractors workshops.
Support the National Marketing Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing set objectives, planning, and organizing promotional presentations, and updating event details.
